Day-to-day project and programme leadership: vendors coordinated, milestones controlled, interfaces tested, decisions documented.
PHASE 03
Secure Go-Live
Validated FAT/SAT, controlled hypercare, structured handover. Programme closed with a complete audit trail.

WCS/WMS Integration Oversight
Governance of multi-vendor WCS/WMS integration. Interface control, FAT/SAT coordination and integration risk management.

Requirements engineering, functional blueprint, RFP and vendor evaluation. Operational needs translated into specifications that hold under contract and audit.

Programme Recovery & Stabilisation
Intervention when a programme is already failing. Neutral authority to diagnose, reset governance and secure delivery.

Short, defined assignments: programme and IS audits, proposal evaluation, go-live readiness reviews, second opinions. Findings in writing, with a recommendation.
