CONEXUS was founded on a single premise: organisations running warehouse automation and complex IT programmes need a partner who has already operated inside the most demanding delivery environments in Europe, from the vendor side and the client side, and who takes accountability for the outcome rather than for advice.

Over 10 years of international experience across IT project leadership, WCS/WMS integration and warehouse automation, from greenfield delivery to direct intervention in programmes where failure carried immediate operational and commercial consequences.

Previous roles at SSI Schaefer and Geek+ provide direct insight into how automation systems are engineered, how vendors behave under programme pressure, and precisely where delivery risk accumulates in multi-party automation programmes.

Every mandate is led personally by Tim Wyatt. No junior substitution. No resource switching mid-engagement. You get the same senior authority from kick-off through delivery.
Accountability, not advisory.
CONEXUS takes ownership of outcomes. Recommendations without accountability are not the offering. We govern, we decide, we deliver.
Limited mandate intake.
CONEXUS accepts a small number of mandates at any time. This is by design: full commitment to each engagement cannot coexist with high volume.
No vendor affiliation.
CONEXUS holds no commercial relationship with any automation vendor or system integrator. Independence is the foundation of authority in multi-vendor environments.
